Job Purpose

PraDam Group is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Investment Analyst to join our growing Advisory Division. The analyst will play a critical role in managing investment portfolios across cryptocurrencies, global stock markets, and emerging opportunities in the Syrian investment landscape. This position combines traditional financial expertise with high-risk, high-insight environments and aims to support both internal fund growth and client advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis on global stock markets, crypto assets, and frontier/emerging markets, with a focus on MENA and Syria
  • Manage and optimize internal and client investment portfolios
  • Track and interpret macroeconomic indicators affecting asset classes and sectors
  • Evaluate private-sector and governmental investment opportunities inside Syria (real estate, agriculture, SMEs, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Provide forecasts, risk assessments, and scenario modeling using both fundamental and technical analysis
  • Collaborate with the Financial Consultant and Advisory team to produce investment strategies, dashboards, and client reports
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial intelligence updates for internal and client use
  • Monitor and report regulatory developments relevant to crypto and emerging markets investments
  • Ensure compliance with internal investment policy and ethical guidelines

Requirements

 Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • CFA Level 1 or higher preferred
  • Certification in crypto/DeFi investments is a plus

Experience:

  • 5+ years in portfolio management, investment advisory, or financial analysis
  • Proven knowledge of trading platforms and portfolio tracking tools
  • Familiarity with the Syrian or MENA investment environment is highly desirable

Skills:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis (especially in crypto and equities)
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics software
  • High level of discretion, critical thinking, and independent judgment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Compensation

  • Salary Range: €1,000 to €3,000/month (based on location and experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Share of profits from managed portfolios
  • Work Location Requirement: Candidates must have legal residency outside Syria (EU, Gulf, or Turkey preferred) to meet compliance standards and enable international trading and fund handling. Candidates residing in Syria are welcome to apply, provided they hold or are willing to have legal residency abroad.

Job Purpose

PraDam Group is seeking a proactive, persuasive, and internationally mobile Communications Officer to strengthen client relations, manage strategic outreach, and directly support business development. This is not a passive communications role — the ideal candidate will play a key role in bringing in clients, initiating conversations, and converting leads into formal partnerships.


You’ll be the voice of the company in external engagements with embassies, NGOs, donors, and investors — and an engine for expanding our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic communications with embassies, international organizations, media, and corporate partners
  • Actively identify and reach out to potential clients — especially diplomatic missions, NGOs, and consulting firms
  • Lead business development meetings (in person and virtually) to pitch PraDam Group’s services
  • Represent the company in external forums, events, and official delegations
  • Coordinate proposal writing and client onboarding alongside research and business teams
  • Craft outreach emails, presentations, and briefing documents tailored to client segments
  • Support internal coordination with the Marketing Manager and Executive Office
  • Contribute to strategic communications planning, campaigns, and visibility activities
  • Track communications KPIs related to lead generation and contract conversion

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in International Relations, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Specialized training in diplomatic communication, marketing, or business development is a plus
     

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in communications, client relations, business development, or institutional partnership 
  • Proven track record of securing clients, managing B2B/B2G relationships, or proposal management
  • Experience working with embassies, UN agencies, or international NGOs preferred
     

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a strong asset and German is Plus)
  • Confident public speaker and client negotiator
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Results-oriented, diplomatic, and emotionally intelligent
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, CRM tools, and email campaign platforms

Compensation

  • Salary Range: €1,000 – €3,000/month depending on experience
  • Bonus: Commission-based percentage on signed client contracts
  • Mobility Requirement: Must hold residency outside Syria or/and a valid Schengen visa to support travel for conferences, client meetings, and strategic events in Europe and the Gulf 
  • Travel costs and allowances will be covered for official missions
